The "couldn't be too soon" departing Bush administration is being inundated with felonious requests for pardons from every low life and high life in the US penal system.
An administration spokesperson told TheSpoof.com that all possible pardons will be used for the innumerable war criminals employed by Bush and Co.
Hoein Fobush explained: "When all is said and done, there will be so many indictments for crimes against the state, the environment, the world, the economy and human rights in general that the president has already used up every possible pardon to save his own sorry ass and the sorry asses of most of his cronies!"
