A recent Zogby Poll of 1,427 registered voters show that 57% of people hate polls, up 2% from last year.
62% of women hated polls while 52% of men despised them.
Polls were loathed by those below the poverty line more than people making more than $100,000/ year. And almost half of all people asked (48%) think that poll numbers are fabricated.
Other Poll Findings:
- There was little difference among race, religion, or ethnic group.
- Politicians love polls.
- Occupations that hated polls the most include dentists and fast-food cooks.
- People who hated the polls the most referred to pollsters as, "Poll-ocks."
When asked about the latest poll results, 79% of pollsters declined to comment.
