in a shock statement released today Microsoft have admitted programming bugs into their software for computers.
Bill gates the founder and creator of Microsoft said this:
"We have been programming bugs into our software for a long time. by doing this we can get people to download/buy new software from us to remove these bugs. This in-turn makes us more money and makes us think we are a very popular company when, in reality, we are rubbish and our sales figures are only as big as they are because we buy out all the competition"
Whilst it has been known for some time by computer users world wide that Microsoft programme bugs into their software. this revelation is predicted to have serious effects on Microsoft's sales figures.
Microsoft's main competitor, Apple, is said to be celebrating at this news as it will cause many customers of Microsoft to leave Microsoft and turn to apple products. which are, by all rights, doorstops. However they are yet to release a statement on this news.
It still remains to be seen whether the consumer regulator OFCOM will take legal action against Microsoft following today's statement.
