A 46 year old plumber has recently developed what he believes will take over as the next "it" diet.

James Cornwall has been battling his weight for many years. The 250-pound plumber had all but given up on new trendy diets when he stumbled across his own idea.

"I'd just finished up a job when the urge to drop a massive shit hit me," Cornwall claimed when asked how he discovered his new weight management plan.

Before he sat on the newly restored throne, Cornwall spotted a scale in the corner of the client's bathroom.

"I thought to myself, what the hell, I might as well check my weight. It was one of them fancy digital things. I had never stood on one of them before."

After weighing himself, Cornwall proceeded to drop what he called "the most massive shit of [his] life." When he was all finished, he decided to step back on the scale.

"I'm not sure what made me get on that scale again. I guess I just felt lighting. When I saw that I was three pounds lighter, I knew I had something."

Cornwall has since had what he considers "extreme success" with his weight loss plan.

He doesn't exercise and eats fast food at least twice per day. But he claims his increase in daily bathroom habits has contributed to a slimmer figure in the last three weeks.

"The more grease you eat, the better. Take lots of long shits every day, and make sure you weigh yourself before and after," Cornwall says are the secrets to his success.

Although Cornwall's net weight change has been just four pounds below his former weight (he had just pooped at press time), he claims that if "you add up all the shits" he has lost a total of 41 pounds.

Cornwall expects his weight loss manual to hit the shelves next month after he has done a little more research.

"Right now shitting seems only a way to maintain weight," experts says, "but perhaps new research can show it a good way to lose a lot."
