A new home pregnancy test that helps identify the gender of the baby within six weeks of conception has anti-abortionists up in arms. This test turns pink or blue to tell you if the child is a boy or a girl, not if you are pregnant.
Anti-Abortionist believe that the test will lead the more pregnancy terminations by people who do not want a child of that sex.
Another group, the Gay Action Committee, is also upset about the test. "Why do little boys have to be blue and little girls have to be pink? Why do we have to keep up this stereotyping? Enough is enough," said Lacey Dykstra of the organization.
"Why can't the test just say male or female? I like blue. I also like brown and black and gray. Some men wear pink. This is just anti-gay and we are going to take this up with the ACLU!"
Vice President Dick Cheney said that, "I never thought my gay, pregnant daughter and I would ever agree on anything again. Both of us don't like this. I'm amazed!"
