Evolutionary beanstalk where once a tree sufficed

The lie of evolution has again been exposed by, you guessed it, evolutionists!

The latest in a series of flies in various ointments is courtesy of an article summarised in 'Nature Reviews Genetics'.

It would seem that the 'molecular clock' runs much slower than previously thought. No big shakes you might think, until you realise that the branch of the mythical evolution fairy tree which split between humans and our fabled apelike relative has to be slightly altered by a massive 20 million years!

According to last weeks hotchpotch of evolutionary research, the split took place some 13 to 14 million years ago. This week however the science fiction of evolutionary theology has pushed this back to a rather embarrassing 34 to 46 million years.

We tried to contact atheist fundamentalist and evolution crackpot Richard Dawkins, but conveniently he was unavailable for comment. According to sources he was sat in a corner of a darkened room rocking back and forth.

Our genuine science expert had this to say "Believers in evolution make it up as they go along. This latest article has massive implications on the evolutionary tree, and we should perhaps rename the tree to the magic beanstalk, as it is truly growing unfeasibly large in this pantomime of a children's tale".

The story above is a satire or parody. It is entirely fictitious.
