The Shift affected the previous citizens of the United States of America the most, as they all became stateless when the United States became disunited.
A few relics of their previous culture stand out like sore thumbs all over the world, but these Embassy and Consular buildings have been modified into holiday camps and are now major tourist attractions, much like Auschwitz.
The remaining few folk still claiming their rights as a citizen of the now defunct United States of America have not been institutionalised, but they are allowed to go no further than their mind can reach, except under special circumstances. Those few who have an expansive mind are allowed to visit any of the world's many United States of America Embassy buildings, and we are all very grateful for the fortifications at each of these, ensuring that none of these deficient and dangerous people are able to mix with normal human beings.
For the rest of us, the main discussion is about the cause of the sudden influx of peace. Many say the withdrawal of armed forces, and their incredibly dangerous paraphernalia has a kind of spiritual effect for hundreds of miles around each abandoned installation. Others say that the changes in earth's natural Schumann vibrations have enabled humans to grow up and become real adult people.
But irreverent of what was the cause, life certainly is very different now.
If someone raises their voice for any reason, they are provided with the necessary assistance to enable peace to resume. There are no disputes, or arguments, and any kind of fighting is treated as a global problem immediately. So husbands don't even find it worthwhile to fight with their wives any more, because the publicity makes them realise how ridiculously they had been behaving. The wives of course have been virtually silent since shopping became free.
Some of my friends were amongst those with the biggest smiles on their faces when they set fire to their old USA passports, and threw them on to the mound of ashes that remained after the pleasurable act of revolt by the 99%. It helped relieve the rest of the world of so much stress, but mainly it strengthened the belief in true human nature knowing that it wasn't all of the previous citizens of USA who were so incredibly naive.
So we now proceed from day to day, just governing ourselves, with assistance from anyone and everyone if we have any kind of serious problem. No-one likes problems, so they are removed as soon as they are identified.
The rehabilitation of the previous criminal sect that had throttled everything positive, and the ensuing fair distribution of wealth, means that money worries are now mere superstition, and ill-health is rather unusual.
The creativity that has arisen from the incredible difference between this free life and the previous controlled life has greatly enhanced the well-being of every human being, and even some who are not yet being like flora and fauna the well-known twins.
We believe that planet earth can now be left to its own devices for another eon or two, during which time the residents are likely to realise their relationship with the rest of creation.
