Some human beings are genetically less intelligent than others because their DNA developed over thousands of years in rich environments filled with vegetation and heavy rain fall. A more challenging environment promotes the development of more intelligent DNA to cope with scarcity and environmental difficulties.
In Austin, Texas the police were giving a woman a ticket over a minor traffic violation when her 3-year-old son asked the police if they had found his mom's weed.
After the boy's statement, the officers became suspicious and they pulled the woman, Johnisha Terry, 22, out of the vehicle in which she was driving. An officer then noticed marijuana bags dropping down from under the lower part of her pants.
As the officers searched the car, the boy started to chat with the officers telling them where they could find the rest of the marijuana.
Terry was arrested and was charged with tampering with evidence and possession of marijuana.
This type of cognitive failure is not apparent in every type of 3-year-old boy just like not every 3-year-old boy has the same hight, weight, temperament, and intelligence. There have been thousands of cases of 3-year-old boys keeping silent about things their parents have done because they are naturally suspicious of others that are not part of their families.
