Hollywood CA, July 2008: In 2009 a new awards ceremony is to be held in Tinsel town. This gala event will feature the worst domestic and foreign political films of the last 15 years. One can expect to see the best decorated boobs in the film industry walking down the red carpet with their spouses.

The new award to be presented to the recipients, in all categories of film making, is called the Carter. Rumor has it that the initial master of ceremonies will be that gifted orator and former USA president George W Bush. Tickets are flying off the shelf, as all of Hollywood's great and near great are anticipated to attend. The film nominees are:

JACKASS II: A tragic film from the USA, by the Democrats, about losing the 200O presidential race, starring Al Gore.

JACKASS III: A tragic film from the USA, by the Democrats, about losing the 2004 presidential race, starring John Kerry.

CHANGE: A black comedy film from the USA, by the Democrats, about the 2008 presidential race, staring Barack Obama (not rated yet).

BLUE CONGRESS: A tragic film from the USA, by the Republicans, about losing the 2008 Congressional races to Conservative Democrats, starring a cast of hundreds (not released yet).

BILL AND HILLARY: A political love story from the USA, by the Democrats, involving the highest elected office in the land and a lady named Monica, starring the Clintons.

TALES OF THE IRANIAN NUTS: A scary film from Iran, by the Mullahs, about Nuclear weapons development, starring a paranoid schizophrenic Mahmoud Ahmadinejad.

NORTH KOREAN LIAR: A suspense film from the Democratic Peoples Republic of Korea ( DPRK), by the DPRK Workers Party, about the roller coaster deceptions with both Democratic and Republican USA administrations, starring Kim Jong-il.

A bloody horror film from Iraq, by Saddam Hussein (deceased) and his gang, about death and torture, starring the Iraqi people.

INDIAN REDUX: An uplifting film from India, by Bollywood, about English speaking Indian telephone operators who are moving their country into the 21st Century, starring a cast of millions.

CRUDE Oil: A film in the tradition of "Wall Street", by Saudi Arabia, about "greed being good", starring the Organization of Petroleum Exporting Countries (OPEC).

OLYMPICS: A political propaganda film from China, sponsored by Wal-Mart, about there being no suppression of the people in Tibet, starring a cast of Billions (dollars that is).
