The Dyslexic Brain (not to scale)

.......Dyslexia The Facts.......

The myth that dyslexia is a recognised brain malfunction has been proven to be just that, a myth.

Like the Piltdown Man in the South of England the history of dyslexia has all been made up, a few known facts about brain disorders were thrown into the pot along with medical mispronunciations to cover up the inability of some children who cannot read or write.

A leading expert in the field of dyslexia was stunned when told the news. "I really did think dyslexia existed, it's come as a complete shock to lean that some people are simply T.A.T.S.P. (Thick As Two Short Planks) all these years I have been hoodwinked by people telling me there dyslexic only to find they are in fact far clever than me"

Parents of children who have been given special education in England regarding dyslexia will be asked to refund any expenses, an average of £2000 per family will be deducted from salaries via the new governments 2007 reclaim bill.

It is hoped this new bill will slip through unnoticed as most children who cant read or write have parents who have the same problem.

Gordon Brown the strugling British PM said "I think we can honestly say this new found money for the treasury will be most welcome, the up keep of the Houses of Parliament is enormous, this will help tremendously with the outgoings"

......This script can also be viewed in other colours......

The story above is a satire or parody. It is entirely fictitious.
