Amy Winehouse's representatives in Heaven reported today that the ghost of the beloved singer will appear on Fifth street for any and all to see, as long as the bring a narcotic along with them as per Winehouse's request.
These reps said that the amount of acid that she was on gave her a trip so hard that it actually allowed her to continue to live as an "Astro-Amy". This is also believed to be the cause of so many Elvis sightings, believing that he too had done enough drugs to live on as a ghost on this Earth.
