A Texas man who claims that 'comedian' Andy Dick smacked him in the face with his... er, "Andy Dick" has filed suit against the former Suddenly Susan actor.
According to the lawsuit, Andy was dressed like a woman during part of his act back in December 2010 when he walked into the crowd, pulled down his costume skirt with his right hand, and "forced his genitals against the left side of (my) face."

Fellow comedy-club patrons were shocked and angered:
"What on earth does someone expect to see at an Andy DICK show?" said one patron. "Sounds like Andy Dick delivered as promised. "
"Dude, seriously? I mean, did he do anything about it? All hell would have broken loose if some dude smacked his kabob on my face!" said another patron.
The lawsuit will be heard in Dallas, TX, at the Lee Harvey Oswald Justice Complex in early winter.
