The future of the X Factor has been thrown into confusion by Danni Minogue's last minute decision to resign as a judge on the programme.
Minogue has had to withdraw as the X Factor schedule clashes with her commitment to appear as a judge on Australia's Got Talent.
As a result, the start of The X Factor 2011 has been put back 6 weeks while auditions are held to find a replacement for the Australian singer.
These will be held in Manchester, London, Birmingham and Glasgow and will be open to anyone who has ever appeared on television - even people who just walked past a camera while a report was being filmed in the street.
Tracey Emin has already been ruled out of the gig on account of her crying too much. Sarah Ferguson is also out of the running as she would be too tempted to leak details of the competition for a couple of bob. Neil Lennon will also not be considered as it would cost too much for security.
