Climate change experts have warned that increased temperatures in the next few years will seriously impact on American comedienne Joan Rivers.
The outrageous entertainer, who has been receiving cosmetic surgery since 1963, recently moved to California to be near her family and global warming is largely expected to increase temperatures on the Pacific West Coast by 2 to 3 degrees within the decade.
Rivers has had so much collagen injected into her facial muscles to reduce wrinkles that its feared that her face may actually boil up and explode should temperatures rise as anticipated.
The botox treatment that she has received on a regular basis could also cause her major problems as any significant increased heat could lead to permanent paralysis of her facial muscles - if her face hasn't already blown up, of course.
Rivers is remaining tight lipped at present.
