Haley Reinhart has admitted that she does purposely 'showcase' her legs to help get her some votes.

HOLLYWOOD - And then there were seven (7). American Idol's Rod Stewart sound-a-like Paul McDonald was sent packing after the American Idol voters eliminated him.

McDonald, who probably has the biggest most infectious smile of anyone to ever set foot on the AI stage, took it all in stride by saying that he knows that he is a way better singer than his fellow Bottom Three members Haley Reinhart and Stefano Longone.

Paul said that he heard Haley telling the only other female contestant left, Lauren Alaina that she was not going to concentrate so much on her singing as she was on showing off her legs in short shorts, short skirts, and maybe even a teddy next week.

Aliana responded by saying that she was thinking the same exact thing and that she had received that tip from the shows hair stylist FuFi Fondue who told her that the key to a woman winning is not only about having a great voice but also about showcasing her good looking legs.

Fondue was quick to point out that during season six of American Idol a contestant named Haley Scarnato managed to make it pretty far into the competition based solely on the fact that each and every show she would wear the shortest, tightest miniskirt, or pair of shorts that the AI censor would allow.

Even Simon "The Sultan of Sarcasm" Cowell remarked that he knew the 'leg card' game that Scarnato was playing and he did not blame her for pulling out all of the stops since she really was not that good of a singer.

But eventually her lascivious male voters did realize that it was after all a singing competition and so they started not voting for her and she was sent home with her collection of mini-skirts, shorts, and baby doll outfits.

Paul McDonald said that after the 'results show' he received a phone call from Rod Stewart telling him that if things do not work out for him that he wants him to join his band as his understudy who will perform whenever he (Stewart) isn't feeling well.

The funny story above is a satire or parody. It is entirely fictitious.
