A pornographic film company has been fined $8,750 dollars for failing to protect its porn stars against disease by failing to provide condoms.
The porn firm was found to have failed to protect its employees from blood and fluid excretions by Health and Safety inspectors. The same legislation is being applied to the pornography firms as to hospitals.
One porn star who refused to be named said, "the punters don't want to see condoms they like to see the money shot; that's what they're paying for."
Actors unions have welcomed the findings and said one of their members tested positive for HIV last year.
They were also fined for failing to do blood tests and provide vaccines to protect against Hepatitis C.
One ex-porn star Caprice Saunders said that the porn industry will have to clean up its act.
"Why should actors die for their art?" She asks.
Church groups have welcomed the fines and said that the punishment does not fit the crime and that the porn industry should be made illegal as it was 'immoral'.
Charlie Sheen has rubbished the findings, saying, "Its totally radical that porn stars should not be allowed to earn their living. It is up to those dudes to get themselves checked out and get any jabs they needed on their private medical insurance."
Sheen added, "Its awful that the trolls are spoiling ordinary people's enjoyment of the sex act."
Warner Brothers refused to comment and said, "Charlie Sheen is no longer under contract for 'Two and a Half Men' and he is able to take on whatever work is available to him."
Friends of Sheen have said, "Charlie's a player and he is allergic to latex and rubber so can't be expected to wear a condom."
