Guess that the Pattinson/Lautner war is still going on.
As previously reported, the two are upset over a telephone call from Kristen Stewart to Pattinson with lots of sexy talk being accidentally (at least at first) overherard by Lautner.
According to Pattinson, Stewart stated that she was never interrupted by Lautner to let her know that she was no longer talking to her future husband.
Lautner says he tried but couldn't stop the flow.
"I admit that I should have just hung up", stated a raccoon-looking Lautner yesterday. "But that is in hindsight. When I was in the middle of it, I didn't react correctly. But some people won't accept an apology."
Meanwhile Pattinson says that he's glad it came to blows.
"Maybe it was good to let off steam. It doesn't feel better physically (rubbing his jaw) but it feels a lot better emotionally. I got nothing personally against Lautner, but he should have hung up if Kristen didn't know it was him on the line."
After all those in charge of the Two-Part finish to the Twilight Series got the two together and demanded a handshake, hopefully this will get better.
"Guess they could have fined us", stated Pattinson. "I think the makeup people will get us back to normal by tomorrow. I have to appear pale anyway as Edward Cullen."
Lautner says that he will be glad to get back shooting the movie.
"Now if I can get all this hair grease off of me."
