Whether a woman or a man, one thing for sure is that Lady Gaga has just said goodbye to her $1,000,000 lawsuit against the New York Yankees.

Over a year ago, a line drive off the bat of a Yankee slugger went straight into the stands scattering players in the dugout and catching Lady Gaga on the head, knocking her gaga for about ten minutes.

She was just recovering consciousness when they half carried her out of the seat above the dugout and into an ambulance waiting outside which rushed her to the hospital.

One Source stated that she gibbered about "Alex Rodriguez tiny balls and playing with them" all the way to the emergency room where he left her still at it. "She also had an egg-sized knot on her forehead."

Since then, as you well know, Lady Gaga has been her old lively self. No lick on the head to blame for that. "Ridiculous' is normal for her, but her attorneys still had a million-dollar lawsuit against the Yankees.

Three months ago, she won.

"I think that winning the money is what sent her celebrating into the Yankee's locker room a few weeks ago", stated a friend.

However, all that was thrown out by a higher court ruling Tuesday morning.

The ruling in favor of the Steinbrenners, father and sons, is that a baseball stadium owner was not liable for injury caused by projectiles leaving the ball field, as long as "there are sufficient numbers of protected seats to meet ordinary demand."

Is Lady Gaga going to launch an appeal over the new court ruling we asked the friend.

"No. She says it's too much trouble. She's simply going to have A-Rod ask for an extra million on his contract."

The funny story above is a satire or parody. It is entirely fictitious.
