Sources say that Paris Hilton was detained by cops in South Africa, because they suspect she was smoking marijuana.
Paris was eventually let go, and no charges will be filed, even though Ms. Hilton handed over a couple joints to officials.
Police suspicions were aroused when cops noticed that Paris was babbling incoherently, drooling on herself, and couldn't answer the question, "What is your name?"
