Police in Los Angeles reported that a tour bus that takes passengers to see the gangland sections of Los Angeles that belong to the Crips and Bloods has returned very late and that everyone on it, including the driver, had been tarred and feathered.
"I guess that's the end of the tours", stated officer Reynolds who took down notes as each person came out after a good long soaking and having their heads shaved.
Reynolds and several other officers had earlier apologized to the passengers for nearly falling on their faces in laughter when they finally saw the bus headed back to the tour headquarters.
"If you had seen what I saw, you would have lost it too", he told a reporter, adding that he and three fellow officers will probably be reprimanded.
"It looked like a bus full of giant chickens", snickered another officer who wouldn't let us see his badge but Reynolds yelled, "It's Flannigan! I'm not going to be the only one quoted."
Apparently since the police cannot get a sensible answer other than curse words or tears, they will not be able to arrest whoever did the job. Also the passengers have to sign a release saying that they will not press charges, before they can get on the tour bus.
"We're glad that tour thing may be over", stated Reynold. "We were afraid someone would get shot. Uhhmmm Mmm. Glad the tarring was only from the waist up and not so hot."
