Jon Gosselin has settled a double lawsuit with TLC as both agreed to drop their lawsuits against each other.
Gosselin was sued by TLC for violating his contract by getting paid for his appearances on several shows including The Insider, Entertainment Tonight and The National Sewer.
In return, Gosselin had sued TLC for $5 million dollars. In it, he accused the cable net of violating child labor laws during filming of the 'Jon & Kate Plus Eight' at their Pennsylvania abode.
The suit settlement even allows Jon and Kate Gosselin to go back on the network.
Once everything was signed and completed, Jon was offered the lead role in the new "The Three-Inch Penis Man"., leaving everyone at the hearing in stitches but Jon, who somehow didn't see the humor in the offer.
"Come back, John", yelled one TLC reps. "It starts like the old 'Six Million Dollar Man'.. "We can completely rebuild him....from the scrotum up...."
