LAS VEGAS - Catching everyone by surprise including themselves, Alex Reid, winner of this years Celebrity Big Brother and Katie Price, a glamour model have entered into marriage with a quickie wedding in the gambling capital of the world.

Katie wore a pink Russian hat, a pink blouse, blue jeans, pink tennis shoes, and no underwear.

The groom wore a candy cane striped shirt, blue jeans, and blue bowling shoes.

Afterwards the newlyweds went into the gambling casino and managed to lose $45,000 [£28,000] in 45 minutes. The couple did not seem to mind too much as they have signed a deal that will pay them £1 million [$1.6 million U.S.] for the exclusive rights to the pictures of their 'quickie wedding.'

Katie was asked what being married means to her and she replied that it means that now she will be known as Katie Price-Reid. She paused for a moment and added that it will also mean that she has just doubled her wardrobe.

[NOTE: It is fairly common knowledge that both Alex and Katie are practicing cross dressers.]

When the clothes conscious couple was asked where they plan to reside, Alex said that they will be buying John Lennon's old Imagine Manor in St. John's Woods.

Katie remarked that they will now be known collectively as "Al-Ka." She was asked as in Al Qaeda. And she replied, "No silly as in Alka Seltzer."

In other news. Kanye West was seen at a pawn shop in Detroit pawning another one of his microphones.

The funny story above is a satire or parody. It is entirely fictitious.
