In a a lawsuit Jennifer Lopez claims that her ex-husband Ojani Noa is planning to release a movie about them from hours of footage he took of them while they were married.
In the lawsuit, filed only this week in L.A. County Superior Court, Lopez claims Ojani is planning to release a movie called "How I Married Jennifer: The Jennifer Lopez & Ojani Noa Story".
Lopez claims in the lawsuit that this is a direct violation of the agreement they signed upon their divorce.
Lopez also claims Noa intends to market ten hours of previously unseen home video footage of Jennifer Lopez and Ojani Noa which Lopez claims is also in violation of their agreement. Lopez was told the footage depicted her "in a revealing lack of clothing, and in sexual situations, especially in hotel rooms, a toilet on an airplane, the back seat of a theater and backstage just before JLo's appearance on "Oprah".
However, there may be a counter suit by a producer (Not yet named) that there was no such agreement signed and has asked Lopez to reveal it.
"I plan to make some bucks off this", the producer reportedly told reporters possibly including this one who had passed out on the floor during the party.
Although I did catch a glance at the title, "My Assterpiece"!
