Hollywood: Mel Gibson's attorney has filed a motion to dismiss his DUI charge during his famous or infamous tirade a year ago. However, when the judge asked Gibson, "Do you mean that this is the way you act when you are not drinking?", Gibson gave up and pleaded guilty.
