A man has been caught and arrested at the Britney Spears' home after neighbors reported a big rabbit looking into the singer's windows.
"I was afraid to call at first", stated neighbor Robin Ackroyd because, I mean it sounds like a hoax and if this creep is gone when the police get here, I'm up shit creek."
But the man, as it turned out, was still there only in another area of the mansion's grounds when the police arrived, Friday morning.
The trespasser bunny reportedly refused to leave at first, forcing officers to physically escort him off the property and then take him to the station.
David Holmes, 33, was taken in for questioning and charged with trespassing and disorderly conduct. He was still wearing the Easter Bunny outfit he was caught in, since he was wearing nothing else under it.
It's been reported Britney - midway through the US leg of her Circus tour - wasn't at home at the time of the incident, though she did perform in LA on the same night.
Extra security measures are now in place to protect Britney, who will be surrounded by police guards on the road ever since.
Meanwhile Holmes was released on bail stating that he was just trying to cheer up someone he admired by "dropping by as the Easter Bunny."
