Self crowned 'King of Pop' Michael Jackson will be electronically tagged when he arrives in the UK to begin his 'This Is It!' run of concerts at London's O2 Arena.
A representative for the Metropolitan Police said "Jackson has agreed to monitoring and it was the only way the Foreign Office would issue a Visa - I want to assure parents, living in the vicinity of the O2 Arena, that their children will be safe."
Jackson, who famously painted his face white is happy to go along with the precautions.
"It's alright, I wouldn't blame people for being worried, but don't worry, I will just do my shows, sit in my hotel room and hopefully get a chance to see my favourite football team, West Ham, play and visit my good pals Jonathan King and Gary Glitter - cheers" said the weird looking, sounding and walking freak show.
