US Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, reflecting on her life in the public spotlight, said Saturday she misses ordinary pleasures, like sex, but has no regrets about her choice of public service.
"It's no different on the road as Secretary of State than at home", Clinton told Turkish Channel NTV. "I'd still miss the sex but be recognized by people when I went out to eat. There's no private life anymore."
"It's hard to go out to a restaurant and have just a meal with some people you want to talk to and share with without being recognized," she said during an interview on a popular woman's program there.
The former First Lady even answered questions about her marriage to Bill Clinton and the scandal of the Monica Lewinsky affair.
However, the channel suddenly switched to a taped program and Miss Clinton was told that she could lose her head over remarks like that in a muslim country and to let go of the interviewer's hair.
