The new age of 3-D will be unveiled in High School Musical 3

Principle photography for High School Musical 3 being in Salt Lake City for the third movie in the popular Disney Channel series. This film will find the stars as eighteen year olds in their senior year.

Like several other "third" sequels (Jaws, Friday the 13th), this movie will be filmed in 3-D. Producers are excited about the possibilities of this innovation. Said Assistant Director Jack Michealson, "Every time a dancer like Zac kicks, it will be in your face. Every time someone throws a ball, you are going to think you can catch it yourself. Every time Vanessa pops her top, those two internet friends will be busting out of the screen."

Another change to this movie will involve the students attending a keg party out on the Great Salt Lake. "Hey, they are Seniors now and are growing up. We can't keep them young forever. The 3-D scene of one of them, and I can't say who, throwing up after the party will make you want to wash the vomit off your shirt. You won't want to finish your popcorn either, thinking it caught most of the chunks!"

"Since Vanessa decided to go topless, we've decided to have these kids explore their sexuality in a lot of interesting ways. This may be the first R-rated movie we've ever shown on the Disney Channel!"

Local cable operators are expected to have glasses available for all subscribers. McDonalds will also have them in the commemorative Happy Meal for three weeks before the release.

Disney Channel executives have scheduled the movie to debut just after the World Series ends in October.
