A shock poll conducted amongst readers of Funny TV Magazine has voted Seinfeld the least amusing thing on TV.
Mr Arthur Laugh from the Society told us: 'All these shows where nothing happens really do our heads in. We want a good laugh, something to amuse us. Kate and Allie, My Family, earlier episodes of Last of the Summer Wine, now that is funny programming. We also never really got Father Ted, or Fawlty Towers'.
Mr Laugh's favourite comedy films are 'Sister Act II' 'Weekend at Bernies 57' and 'Police Academy 567 - Jumpng the Shark'. He said 'We have to protect good clean family entertainment and comedy from the ever sinking standards that we see on TV these days. Personally, I think it is about time Mary Whitehouse got her act together, again'.
Mr Laugh has been in a time warp for 15 years. Although we feel that three old blokes rolling down a hill in a bath is a good thing, once, it does not have to happen every time.
