Broadway, New York - (Ass Mess): High School Musical star Zac Efron and Harry Potter actor Daniel Radcliffe are being headhunted on Broadway for a stage adaptation of the 2006 Academy Award winning Brokeback Mountain.
"This could be the ultimate Broadway dream ticket," theatrical impressarion Sir Mackintosh McCameron said today amid reports that both young males have expressed an avid interest in playing the roles of the sheepshagging pals from the Big Horn Mountains.
Efron currently has some committments to the Disney Studios in California for a third stab at High School Musical.
But following the moral majority furor surrounding his co-star Vanessa Hudgens's nude photo shenanigans this weekend the sequel may be dumped and his contract rescinded.
Radcliffe meanwhile has apparently told pals he is "fed up of shagging horses" and would welcome a chance to extend his thespian activities into this sort of virgin territory "if young Zac is up for it too."
