Lindsay Lohan voluntarily extended her time in a Los Angeles area rehab center. The starlet is receiving treatment due to her drunk driving accidents and party girl lifestyle.
Lohan's parents have also been in the news recently over a much disputed divorce and custody battle. Hollywood insiders believe that part of Lohan's volunteering to stay for additional treatment may be to avoid family problems.
When ask personally, Lindsay gave a different response. "No, Paris got out this week, so I can't get out at the same time. I need to let her media frenzy die down some so I have the full spotlight when I leave. Can you imagine if we were both in Variety the same day wearing orange jumpsuits or something!"
"Besides, a guard told me that I couldn't take his handcuffs when I left, and I'm not done with them yet!"
