Nassau, Bahamas - (ReUterus): A consortium of movie backers is wooing Hollywood hunk Brad Pitt to audition for the lead role of Larry Birkhead in the forthcoming film Dannielynn the Movie.
The news follows the announcement that DNA tests have proved Birkehad fathered Anna Nicole Smith's daughter despite formidable competition from hundreds of other eligible men.
Pitt has yet to comment on accepting the role which may involve starring opposite real life partner Angelina Jolie as the tragic stripper Anna Nicole.
Two other contenders for that part are Scarlett Johanssen and Sandra Bullock.
Meanwhile Suri Holmes Cruise is already Hollywood's number one choice to play Dannielynn, with Antonio Banderas as Howard K Stern and Helen Mirren as Virgie Arthur.
A top LA publicist is also negotiating for a cameo role for Judge Larry Seidlin to play himself in the emotional courtroom scenes relating to the former Playboy centerfold's burial.
And it's a toss-up between Sean Connery and Harrison Ford for the other cameo role of Prince Frederik Von Assfelt, adulterous husband of Zsa Zsa Gabor.
No one has yet claimed for the J Howard Marshall role but the feelers have been put out in the general direction of Mel Gibson.
