Mexican Cesar Milan has been asked to return South of the Border in order to help authorities and the population there learn to live with their Chupacabras in peace.
The Chupacabra, which means "goat sucker" in Spanish, has fallen into troubled times since it has stopped sucking and started chewing and mauling the goats which the human population depends upon as its main form of sustenance, providing both milk and meat for a hungry nation.
When asked what exactly he thinks he can do to help this situation Cesar replied that "as with a dog, the chupacabra needs to come to a state of quiet submission, and that's where I come in."
Cesar believes the animal is a genetic mutation of the chihuahuas he's so close to and sees so much of in his daily practice, saying also: "anyone who has seen my show and seen the chihuahua episodes must see the resemblance immediately between these little dogs and The chupacabras of recent world news stories."
