The next Batman movie already promises to be better than the last with the news that Katie Holmes has quit the production.
What's more, The Dark Night appears to be getting a much more competent girlfriend in Maggie Gyllenhaal.
When contacted, Batman seemed quite surprised at the news. "Really?" said Batman, while putting fear into the heart of a criminal. "Hang on, isn't she that chick from Donnie Darko? I'm 'the worlds greatest detective' and I have no idea what that movie was about."
Batman added that he hoped Jim Lee would draw her in the comic adaptation before he was unfortunately called away by the JLA to save the world. After saving the world we were able to get this follow-up comment from the caped crusader.
