Hollywood, CA Justin Bieber and Miley Cyrus, two celebrities known for being naked in public, have come out for total nudity, all the time.
"Wearing clothes is just yucky" said Cyrus, the former Hannah Montana, who has been trying to ditch the squeaky clean image since the show stopped.
"My next album is going to be called No Shirt No Shoes No Pants No Problem and I plan on promoting it by being naked in all ten provinces of Canada and all fifty states of the U.S." spoke the born exhibitionist who loves taking his shirt off and recently stripped down on national television.
It is rumored that Beyonce, Rihanna, and Lady Gaga are also considering joining the nudity club.
