A Tybee Island man is threatening to sue 20th Century Fox for misrepresentation after watching the sequel to the 2011 film Rise of the Planet of the Apes; Dawn of The Planet Apes.
Scott Parker, 34, has filed suit claiming that after viewing the movie twice he saw no character named Dawn, nor was it apparent who Dawn was or what part she had.
"I was expecting some female ape or maybe some hot super-heroine to fight the apes - but there is no 'Dawn', nor, after going down the cast list did I see any character named Dawn. It is a con. If you are going to this movie expecting to see a hot looking female ape, or a female leader of the humans called Dawn you are in for a disappointing couple of hours," moaned the retard.
20th Century Fox have called the suit 'frivolous' and Parker an utter and complete chimp.
