Miley Cyrus has told a friend, who told us just as she planned, that Miley learned some about boys from her mom but it was her dad, who told her the rest.
"Miley, Baby", you're growing up and one day you'll meet a guy and want to get married...or something. Be careful."
Then he apparently stumbled on through the whole 'The Birds & The Bees' with his face a little red.
Miley said that was when she was about 13.
Next thing Billy Ray told her that to be careful and not get pregnant by some oaf like her Mom did. Then he laughed. Apparently Billy Ray likes to downplay his role as a husband.
"Then Miley laughed and said that Billy Ray told her that it was true, what the comedians say."
Just ask yourself. "Is this the guy I want coming over and picking up our kids every other weekend?"
"I think that was BEFORE her parents broke up. I know Miley broke up telling me about it. She said that at 13, most girls have heard the facts of life from other teenagers long before the parents get around to it and they are SO funny."
