After going from a little girl on Disney for years, Miley Cyrus seems to be determined to continue to shock people in any way that she can.
"You gotta admit she has some tough competition out there", says manager. "I mean, if you don't have a great voice, singing won't do it."
The latest rumor is that Miley will next have a sex change although she hasn't said so far. But her dad, Billy Ray, may have let the bag out of the cat.
"I hear I might become a father of another son. Hope he can do better with that than as my daughter."
