DETROIT - Taylor Swift performed a benefit concert at The Carburetor Coliseum with all of the proceeds going to the city of Detroit, which has just filed for bankruptcy.
After the concert she was asked by Calcutta Cotton with Music Moments Magazine about the swirling rumors of a romantic entanglement between herself and Matthew Gray Gubler, 33, the star of the CBS show Criminal Minds.
The 23-year-old Swift smiled and said that her and Matty are just at the we're just friends stage, but she winked and added that he may be close to getting to first base.
Gubler meanwhile says that he is much too old for the young country artist and he prefers girls who are in their late 20s and don't use words like golly and gee a lot.
He then remarked that he also does not believe in the old Peruvian adage of kissing and telling.
Matthew raised his eyebrows as he took a bite of his chimichanga (deep-fried burrito) and said that he has no intentions of one day ending up as just another dude in one of Taylor Swift's breakup songs.
In Other News. Vice-President Joe Biden says that he will never consider wearing a toupee. He laughed as he said that he thinks that the country does not need to be subjected to another Hairdo From Hell like Donald Trumps.
