Justin was recently given a dog by fellow Canadian, Celine Dion, which he named "Mr. Bow-Wow."

HOLLYWOOD - Justin Bieber has stated that he is tired of getting blamed for things that his friends do.

He told Ling Chow Rangoon with iRumors that he is really trying to grow up and act responsible.

The 19-year-old pointed out that he is not as bad as everyone thinks he is.

He then put the entire blame on some of his Team Bieber members, including his publicist, his business manager, and even his pedicurist.

Bieber told Miss Rangoon that he will be calling a meeting of all of the people on his payroll and he will let them all know in no uncertain terms that either they get with the program or else they'll get their butts kicked off his team; and that goes for the sexy eye-candy girls as well.

Justin talked about the infamous New York City peeing incident. He explained that he wanted to use the men's bathroom but one of his entourage members told him to just pee in the mop bucket because no one would ever know about it.

Bieber also wants it known that he did not say that he dislikes Kobe Bryant for being so greedy not only with the ball but with money.

He also wanted to clear the air and say that he has never said that he wanted to get together with the bosomy Jenny McCarthy and motor boat her.

SIDENOTE: Ling Chow says she spoke to Jenny McCarthy and she confided to her that Justin is a little liar because he did motor boat her back on Saturday, June 29, out by the famous Hollywood sign.

The funny story above is a satire or parody. It is entirely fictitious.
