LAS VEGAS - Millions of viewers watched as Taylor Swift cleaned up at the Billboard Music Awards at the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Sin City, USA.
Taylor won a total of 8 awards including Top Female Artist, Top Country Artist, Top Country Album, Top Female Artist With The Most Ex-Boyfriends, and Top Female Performer With The Most Songs About Ex-Boyfriends.
Calcutta Cotton with Music Moments Magazine noted that Taylor broke the record for a music artist who spent more time at the podium thanking everyone for her 8 awards than she did sitting in her seat in the audience.
Taylor sat with her number one friend and confidant Selena Gomez, the artist who got so fed up with her boyfriend Justin Bieber's little boy antics that she dumped his butt muy pronto (real fast).
During Taylor's last acceptance speech she thanked everyone including President and Mrs. Obama, George Clooney, and Dallas Cowboys owner Jerry Jones.
She then looked down at her award and said that she was thrilled to have won 8 awards but she is sad because she does not have a boyfriend.
SIDENOTE: Selena Gomez told Miss Cotton after the award show that she is going to do her best to help Taylor get a new boyfriend so that her supply of songs does not dry up.
