NEW YORK CITY - Gisele Bundchen, who is better known as New England Patriots quarterback Tom Brady's highly vociferous wife, was in the Big Apple shopping for underwear.
She was asked about the report that she is considering suing the producers of Dancing With The Stars.
Gisele's eyes got the size of dark ping pong balls. She then replied that she has already hired New York City attorney Dardanelle Cyrus Blewpillski to represent her.
Bundchen, who had been told she would be appearing on this season's edition of Dancing With The Stars, was suddenly dropped from the new celebrity roster.
GB said that she was shocked because several members of the shows band had told her that with her stunningly sexy looks and dancing talent she could go very far and possibly even win the coveted Mirror Ball Trophy.
But then all of a sudden out of the blue, she was told that she would not be a part of this year's celebrity cast.
She asked why and was told that some of the ABC executives feared that if she got bad reviews that she would brutally degrade, insult, and verbally attack the three judges.
SIDENOTE: Gisele says that her attorney will be filing a $4.1 million lawsuit against Dancing With The Stars on grounds of Reality Show Interruptus Per Se Ipso.
