NEW YORK CITY - Nicole Polizzi, better known as Snooki, is reportedly quite upset with Christina Aguilera of The Voice.
Polizzi, who just three months ago gave birth to a baby boy who she named Lorenzo Dominion Fettuccine LaValle, talked with Fajita San Guacamole with Hollywood Innuendo and expressed her disdain for Ms. Aguilera.
Snooki commented that her fiancé, Jionni LaValle has told her that he supports her 99.3 percent.
The 4-foot-9-inch tall star said that she has emailed Aguilera and told her to stop copying her roly poly, rotund look. She went on to add that she has already contacted noted New York City attorney Dardanelle Cyrus Blewpillski, about filing charges against the "Genie In A Bottle" singer.
When asked by Miss San Guacamole on what grounds, Snooki took the bubblegum out of her mouth and said that she has three grounds, (1) Infringement of Appearance, (2) Ipso copycatting, and (3) Nolo Polo Lookitus.
Snooki informed Miss San Guacamole that last year she successfully sued Bristol "The Pistol" Palin for copying her facial expression.
When asked what the monetary settlement had been, Polizzi grinned as she put down her piece of garlic bread and said that she was not at liberty to say but that the figure was somewhere between $83,000 and $87,000.
SIDENOTE: Ms. Aguilera was contacted by Hollywood Innuendo and asked to make a comment on Snooki Polizzi's lawsuit. She replied that she has never heard of Snooki Polizzi, so she will not comment on someone that she does not even know exists.
