HOLLYWOOD - Simon Cowell has already signed Britney Spears to fill one of the two X-Factor judges positions vacated when the "Viceroy of Venom" fired Paula Abdul and Nicole Scherzinger back in January.
Reports are several noted celebrities have turned down the job including Beyonce, Mariah Carey, Sir Paul McCartney, and Ricky "Jaws" Gervais.
Cowell was reported in The Cucamonga Chit Chat Chronicle as saying that the only reason why he did not fire judge L.A. Reid was because Simon likes to be able to get into heated arguments with the temperamental Reid and thus bring in the viewers.
Simon, who is also known as "The Sultan of Sarcasm" has as of yet still not filled the shows host position which was vacated when he fired Steve "Ho-Hum" Jones for being to robotic and hard as the devil to understand.
Redwood Fingerboo with 4C was informed by Cowell that he would like for Justin Bieber to fill the empty judges chair. The reporter disclosed that Cowell told him that that he would pay Bieber a salary of $15 million to take the highly coveted and fantastically-paying position.
Cowell expressed that he is still waiting to hear back from Justin who reportedly has been keeping busy with his guest appearances on the old Ashton Kutcher show Punk'd as well as keeping busy with his girlfriend Selena Gomez.
