Madonna, who is 53, wants to adopt 23-year-old Jeremy Lin.

NEW YORK CITY - The city of New York has been griped by Linsanity, Linmania, and dozens of other Linspired buzzwords.

But Harvard grad and New York Knicks Lincredible player Jeremy Lin who is only 23, is taking it all in stride and at times appears to be as cool and as relaxed on the basketball court as if he was walking around at Disney World enjoying all of the amusement park rides.

Jeremy's jersey number 17, has just become the number one selling jersey, not only in basketball but in the entire world of sports. The factory that produces the jersey has just put on a midnight shift in order to keep up with the demand.

Ripley F. Higglebickle, a spokesperson for The We Got Your Jersey Manufacturing Company based in Hackensack, New Jersey says that they have received Lin jersey requests from every state in the nation as well as from 195 of the world's 196 countries.

When asked by Sports Balls Illustrated Weekly reporter Sherwood Frisbee which is the lone country that has not requested a Jeremy Lin Knicks jersey he replied, the African country of Lower Zamgola.

He then added that it is his understanding that for some unknown reason big African cats such as lions, cougars, leopards, and panthers do not like the combination of the colors orange and blue and as a result they will immediately attack anyone they see wearing those colors.

Frisbee stated that he heard that Walmart is in the process of rushing about 7 million Jeremy Lin Basketball Bobblehead dolls to every store in America.

An excited Lin stated that he received a phone call from the singer Madonna and that she told him that she wants to adopt him.

Lin smiled and politely thanked her very much for the offer but assured her that he already has a mom and that she can cook all kinds of food including his favorite Stir Fried Spinach Balls.

SIDENOTE: It is being reported by iRumors that the producers of Dancing With The Stars are thinking about having Jeremy Lin appear as a celebrity dancer in next season's edition of the reality dancing show.

The story above is a satire or parody. It is entirely fictitious.
