FORT DETRICK - Maryland Biologists, according to Dr. Ollarday, have developed a new vaccine that will spread with the next flu virus that will solve the national debt problem. The protein fragments that cause the brain to try to collect owed monies is disabled on exposure to the new virus.
The work was based on a virus that vaccinates against religion.
Once all the United States debtors acquire 'immunity' to looking for their monies, the United States can write off the National Debt and start over, with no repercussions.
According to Dr. Ollarday, the virus cost 4 trillion dollars to develop, using borrowed money. Of course, once the virus is deployed, that debt will be erased, along with all the others.
Credit card use is expected to soar in the new environment. With no religion and no more bills to pay, people should be busy having fun all the time. Some are questioning this approach, and have been labeled 'conspiracy theorists'.
