Software giant Microsoft is today taking entertainer the late George Formby to court.
Company spokesman, Mo Zilla said that the company took exception to mr Formby's allegation that windows needs cleaning all the time. In particular, they took exception to the lyrics of his song:
Now there's a famous talkie queen
She looks a flapper on the screen
She's more like eightie than eighteen
When I'm cleanin' windows
Mr Zilla said that in no way do any of their female software developers "look a flapper on the screen". He said that with the launch of Windows 7, this song could be quite damaging to the company's reputation for operating software and pointless upgrades.
They are seeking an injunction against the late Mr Formby to prevent him from singing his song.
Shop stewards and union organisers from Microsoft are currently picketing Mr Formby's grave in Warrington Cemetery.
