Estate Agents throughout the UK are warning of a troubling three day slump in the Period Property market.
'It happens every month so we should be used to it ' explains Keith Smart ,39, an Estate Agent from Poole, Dorset 'The leads dry up and the market effectively closes down. Period property becomes quite volatile and often relocates to its mothers house in a fit of pique.'
The market is expected to return to normal next week after the painters have been in and Aunt Flo has left. The slump is never to be mentioned again. EVER. OK?
