The US commerce secretary, Wilbur Ross, has been speaking on television and appears, very much, to have lost his marbles.
Interestingly, the top of his head looks a bit like a marble.
Mr Ross, talking to Fox Business News, commented that the deadly Coronavirus outbreak in China might turn out to be 'a positive for the American economy'.
During the interview Mr Ross said:
"I think it will help to accelerate the return of jobs to North America".
And he wasn't joking.
At the time of writing, the Coronavirus virus has infected nearly 10,000 people in China, and has claimed the lives of 213 of those people.
But still, if it brings more jobs to the US, it can't be all bad, can it?
