Jackson often mentioned getting a 'whiff of gas' during his nocturnal prowls round Neverland

Los Olivos, California - Executors marketing Michael Jackson's estate have received a $100m bid for Neverland from reclusive Colorado Springs entrepreneur 'Mr F Racking'.

Described by Forbes That's Rich! list as a self-made mover 'n' shaker Racking currently straddles the annual ranking's No #666 slot.

Although not much else is known about the publicity shy mogul it is thought he recently diversified from medicinal marijuana into hydraulic fracturing.

Today California real estate sources said if the proposed $100m deal goes through it could mean the late singer's 2,700 acre Neverland estate becomes the ultimate knockdown bargain.

And the estimated ten trillion cubic feet of natural gas accumulated under the sprawl worth anything upwards of $2bn.

During his lifetime Jackson often mentioned getting a 'whiff of gas' while night-time prowling the estate, unable to sleep due to persistent dystonia - uh, insomnia!

Pals always thought that was 'code' for something altogether far more narcotic.

Next week experimental bore holes on the ranch will finally establish what's lurking down under.

Janet Jackson's LNG consultant is still 69.

The funny story above is a satire or parody. It is entirely fictitious.
